Eligibility for Refund

• Refunds will only be considered in the event of a wrong or accidental transaction (e.g., double payment, incorrect amount, or unintended service selection).
• The refund request must be submitted within 12 hours of the transaction time.

How to Request a Refund

• Transaction Date and Time
• Amount Paid
• Reason for Refund

Important Notes

• Refund requests received after 12 hours from the time of transaction will not be eligible.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
• This policy does not cover dissatisfaction with services or change of mind after payment.
